The Euphoria Mobility Software & Service Subscription ensures that the Customer’s product remains up to date and supported at all times. The subscription becomes effective upon activation of the device in the Customer’s vehicle.

Under this subscription, the Customer is entitled to the following services:

• Data Communication Server: Use of Euphoria’s data communication server infrastructure for all vehicle equipment connected under the Customer’s account.
• Cabman Data Platform: Access to the Cabman Data online platform offering vehicle overviews, driver data, service information, transactions, and reporting tools.
• Regulatory and Software Updates: Automatic (regulatory) updates and maintenance releases when necessary and available.
• Optional Software Upgrades: Customers may opt to purchase or activate additional softwarefeatures, modules, or premium upgrades that extend the standard functionality of the system. Such upgrades are not included in the base subscription and may be subject to separate terms and pricing.

Subscription Levels and Functionalities

MDT Config

Allows over-the-air configuration updates (e.g., multi-dispatch centers, transport types, ticket layouts – this is excluding tariff updates).

• Basic: up to 4 updates per year
• Expert: unlimited updates

MDT Update and Upgrade

Automatic over-the-air software updates for Cabman MDT devices.

• Updates: included for all subscription levels
• Upgrades: available only to Expert subscribers (includes all future system upgrades and functionality enhancements)

Remote App

Access for drivers to manage rides, messages, and trip details via smartphone.

• Basic: not included
• Expert: included (subject to dispatch integration)

Payment Terminal Integration

• Basic: MyPOS
• Expert: other payment terminals supported

Note: Compatibility, certification, and operation of third-party payment terminals or hardwarecomponents are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless Euphoria Mobility has expressly confirmed compatibility in writing.

Dispatch Integration

• Basic: not included
• Expert: integrations available with ITF and Autocab
• Other integrations: on request

Card and Payment Services

Subscription Term

The initial subscription term is two (2) years from activation.

After the initial term, the subscription will automatically renew on a yearly basis, unless cancelled by the Customer with three (3) month’s (end of month) written notice.

Upon termination, the Customer’s right to access and use the software and services shall immediately cease.
