Information security is very important when you work in the passenger transport industry. You often have access to your passengers’ personal and sometimes even medical data. Therefore, this data must be always securely stored and transferred when needed. At Cabman, we understand this and information security is a high priority within our organisation.
ISO/IEC 270001 certification
To make sure you can be confident that we are properly protecting your passengers’ data, we have ISO/IEC 270001 certification. This is the global standard for information security. The standard specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, executing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the context of overall business risks to the organisation.
Various additional security certificates
Besides ISO/IEC 270001 certification, our hardware also complies with RDW requirements and has OIML and MID certification. Furthermore, Euphoria has experience with ISO audits and extensive foreign integrations such as KELA (Healthcare Transport) in Finland and INSIKA (Fiscal) in Germany.
We also comply with the conditions of ISO 9001 at Cabman. This safeguards quality and shows that at Euphoria we use high-quality and standardised work processes. To this end, we use Scrum. Scrum is a working method in which teams work in short periods, also known as sprints. At Cabman, these have a duration of two weeks. Concrete objectives are formulated and the quality of what is delivered is guaranteed.
Encrypted messages
To ensure communication security, all communication is encrypted. This includes messages to and from the Remote app and messages sent via the different API’s to the MDT. This secures the messages against outside influences.
