Since 1 January 2022, Euphoria Software has had two new shareholders and directors: Toshin Tjin-A-Sie and Vincent Bekker. In addition, the software company has brought an investor on board to support its further growth and international ambitions.
Euphoria has ambitious plans for the future. This is why they have taken these steps. “In the coming years we are going to focus on developing new planning software, driver apps and new vehicle equipment. In doing so, we will focus on both the Dutch and international markets.”
The investor the company has attracted is Plain Vanilla Investments. “They will support us with their extensive experience with growing companies. In addition, they will help us tap into new markets and make acquisitions where possible.”
For Euphoria’s customers, little will change despite these developments. The current director Leon van Lier will manage the company together with Tjin-A-Sie and Bekker and guarantee continuity. Tjin-A-Sie is currently responsible for the Operations and Sales departments within Euphoria. Bekker, on the other hand, is responsible for the Development department and deals with the quality of our products.
Out of the box, but also realistic
Both men are happy to take this step. “We have been working for Euphoria for ten years now with great pride and pleasure. We would like to continue along the path we have been following in recent years and, together with the team, continue to develop new solutions for the ever-changing passenger transport market.
According to Tjin-A-Sie and Bekker, the great thing about the industry is that it is a real us-us world where there is always the possibility to come up with innovative solutions together from an idea. “Out of the box but also certainly realistic is what the market can continue to expect from us.”
