The end of the year always calls for some reflection on the past year. That is what we do at Cabman every year. 2021 was a turbulent year for Euphoria and also for the sector. Nevertheless, despite the prevailing corona measures, we did our best to serve our customers as well as possible and to support them where possible.
In the past year, we at Euphoria have worked hard to develop solutions to make the day-to-day business of our customers even easier. Last year, for example, we launched the Cabman driver reviews. This is an accessible tool that makes it easy for customers to rate your service.
Improvements and Cabman Smart Vehicle
We also made various improvements to the BCT Remote app, such as navigating with Waze and paying with a QR code. We started working on our Cabman Smart Vehicle series and launched the Insurance Data API in collaboration with Crossyn. We also made some changes to our subscriptions and were able to participate again in the Taxi Expo in Houten after a year’s absence.
In addition to the positive developments in the Netherlands, we were also able to make good progress outside our national borders. For instance, we equipped no fewer than 2,100 taxis in Ajman and welcomed many new customers in Belgium. In Finland, too, we made acquaintance with the market and at the end of this year we will be able to equip a number of vehicles with our equipment.
What to expect in 2022?
In 2022, we will continue to work hard to support our customers as best we can with our service and products. Together with our customers, we will make the most of 2022!
