2020 was an eventful year for the passenger transport sector. It is precisely for this reason that we would like to thank our customers for their trust and pleasant cooperation at this special time. We would like to wish you happy holidays and a happy and, above all, healthy 2021.
2020 was a difficult year for our sector. Unfortunately, our customers saw and see their vehicles stand still again and revenue is falling. At Euphoria, we did our best to provide them with the best possible service and support where possible.
Despite the difficult situation in our industry, we also saw creative solutions. From a concept such as the Babbelbus and the delivery of parcels to entrepreneurs specialising in transporting corona patients back home.
Despite the limitations, we did not sit still at Euphoria. We launched our new tool Data Studio, improved our BCT Remote app and further rolled out Cabman Data. All this from our home workplaces.
In 2021 we will once again be working hard to support our customers in the best possible way with our service and products. We recognise that the coming year will not be easy, but only together can we get the most out of 2021!
