With Cabman Driver Ratings, customers can easily rate your services. The new tool gives you insight in the service that the drivers offer their passengers. This way you can be sure that your company offers the service you want.
Cabman Driver Ratings works very simply. You provide each vehicle with a sticker with a QR code. This QR code is linked to the vehicle and easy to scan with the mobile phone. The customer then sees the screen below and can easily give the number of stars. The customer can only rate the driver once.
Scores in Data Studio
When the customer has rated the driver, these results will appear in Data Studio. Here you can see how the drivers are rated and which of them scores the best or the worst. This way, you can easily see which driver offers which service.
